Meet Our Kinetic Team 

Melissa Kindt

Owner | NASM Certified Personal Trainer | PBBC Coach | Body Composition Specialist

With over 15 years of experience in the fitness industry and a background in Occupational Safety & Health with Applied Health Sciences, Melissa is passionate about helping others reshape their bodies and lives through movement, mindset, and nutrition. She specializes in body composition coaching—combining proven training methods with sustainable nutrition strategies to deliver real, lasting results.
As a natural bikini bodybuilding competitor who took second place at her first-ever show, Melissa knows firsthand what it takes to commit, push past limits, and transform. Her journey has been built on self-discipline, self-respect, and learning to put herself first—and now she teaches others to do the same.
When she’s not coaching, you’ll find Melissa dialing in her own training, evolving her physique, and spending quality time with the people who matter most.


Andrew Booth

ISSA Certified Personal Trainer | Strength & Functional Fitness Coach

Born and raised in Butte, Montana, Andrew Booth brings energy, athleticism, and heart to the Kinetic Fitness team. A 2020 graduate of Butte High School, Andrew was a standout athlete in basketball, football, and baseball—where he developed a competitive edge and a strong work ethic that carries into his coaching today. He played a key role in helping lead the Bulldogs to their first Class AA state basketball tournament appearance in years.
With four years of coaching experience and an ISSA certification, Andrew specializes in helping clients—especially older adults—build strength, confidence, and functional movement that supports everyday life. He has a special passion for training his “active agers,” creating an uplifting, empowering environment where they can thrive. His calm, encouraging approach and athletic background make him a coach clients trust and enjoy working with.
When he’s not working with clients or chasing gains in the gym, Andrew stays active playing softball and volleyball in local adult leagues and enjoys making the most of all life has to offer.


Jed Fike 

Coach | Strength Training, Mind-Muscle Connection & Athletic Development

 Jed brings high-level athletic experience and a grounded, intentional coaching style to Kinetic Fitness. Originally from Harrison, Montana, and a graduate of Whitehall High School, Jed made his mark as a standout running back at Montana Tech University after transferring from Dickinson State. Known for his explosive speed, relentless drive, and leadership on the field, Jed helped elevate the Orediggers’ football program and earned multiple Player of the Week honors during his career.
With four years of coaching experience and a certification currently in progress, Jed now channels that same energy and discipline into helping clients build physical strength and inner resilience. His coaching blends traditional strength training with a deep focus on the mind-muscle connection, breathwork, and intentional movement—creating a holistic experience that transforms body and mind. Outside the gym, Jed lives for movement and challenge. He enjoys outdoor adventures, HYROX and Spartan events, powerlifting, and spending quality time with his family. Faith and personal growth are at the core of his life and coaching philosophy.
